1. THE SCHOOL CLOSING AND OPENING DAYS.

On Sunday 4/1/15 Boarders opening day.

Monday 5/1/15 Day scholars opened.

 

2. The school did well in the  2014 KCPE getting a mean of 365 marks.

3. THE NAIROBI HOSPICE CHARITY WALK.

Our main reason for participating in the above mentioned event, was to raise funds for the purpose of helping people suffering from cancer and their families. The event was held on Saturday 27/9/2014 at Hillcrest International School, Nairobi.

4.  A COURTESY CALL FROM THARAKA NITHI COUNTY

A Delegation of 19 KPSA (Kenya Private Schools Association) Directors from Tharaka Nithi County visited Juja on Thursday 25/9/14, for bench marking on the class one laptop project that was officially launched on 25th January 2014.

5. JUJA SHINES IN THIKA MUNICIPALITY.

Thika District Education Day was held on 12th September 2014 in Thika. In the event, our school was ranked 3rd overall, 1st in Science and 3rd in Mathematics in the entire Municipality. The Head of Examination Department Mr. Taro and Head of Social Studies Department Mr. Ngure represented the school.

6. SPIRITUAL NOURISHMENT

On Friday 12th September 2014, the community of Juja Preparatory and Senior Schools had an opportunity to receive a special gift from the Gideon’s International. Through their representative Mr. Dan Kariuki, every pupil, teachers and members of staff present, were given a Bible each, and encouraged to read them every day for their spiritual fulfillment.

7. THE MATER HEART RUN.

We take this opportunity to thank  Juja Preparatory and Senior Schools students , staff and the entire community who took part in the last Mater heart run that was held on  24th May 2014. The participants managed to raise 610,560/= and has been ranked position 14 in the whole of Nairobi county. ( see full details in The Standard Newspaper of 3/9/14,  page 21)
